STUDIO PRICING POLICY
Standard studio rental is already incorporated into the Family, Birthday, Portrait, and Boudoir package prices when applicable.
Please DO NOT list the actual amount Elite Impressionz pays for studio rental or add a separate standard studio fee to these packages.
If a client chooses an outdoor or on-location session rather than the standard studio, the advertised photography package price remains the same.
Premium studios, specialty sets, extensive décor, custom props, permits, admission fees, or locations exceeding the standard studio allowance may require an additional charge.
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
Please update the website anywhere the old payment policy appears.
A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to reserve all photography sessions and events.
A date and time are not officially reserved until the required retainer has been received.
The remaining balance is due no later than 4 hours before the scheduled session or event, unless otherwise stated in the client’s photography agreement.
Final professionally edited galleries are generally delivered within 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Clients receive professionally edited final images only.
RAW or unedited files are not included or delivered.
Additional retouching beyond the standard editing included with the selected package may be purchased separately.
